• Cancellation of reservation to be made 7 days in advance of check-in date. Any reservation not canceled within time allotted will result in a two night charge at standard room rate.
• Check in time is after 4:00pm of the check in date.
• Check out time is 10:00am of the check out date. No exceptions will be made.
• No pets allowed in Country Hideaway Condominiums or at Alpine Ranch Complex.

Amenity package is required to non-members of Mountain Lakes Club. Amenity package must be pre-paid for each guest before arrival ($5.00 per Adult (age 16 and older) per day and $3.00 per Child (age 6 – 15) per day) – prices subject to change by Mountain Lakes Club, Inc. Amenity pass allow unlimited access to all Mountain Lakes Club amenities except horseback trail rides.
Non-Member guest must contact Country Hideaway at 1-800-514-1618, Monday – Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm for passes. Once purchased Mountain Lakes Club will not issue a refund of amenities passes. All amenities are owned and operated by Mountain Lakes Club, Inc.
