| • Minimum 2-night rental
• Minimum 3-night rental during Holiday periods • Rates may not apply during Holiday and Special Season periods • Reservations must be secured with credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover) or rental may be prepaid in advance in full via check (Reservation will be held 5 days pending arrival of check payment). • $100.00 Security Deposit required at check-in • Resort Amenity Package included (Horseback trail rides are an additional charge of $25 per hour) • Taxes not included in rental rates • Rates subject to change • Cancellation of reservation to be made 7 days in advance of check-in date. Any reservation not canceled within time allotted will result in a two night charge at standard room rate. • Check in time is after 4:00pm of the check in date. • Check out time is 10:00am of the check out date. No exceptions will be made. • No pets allowed in Country Hideaway Condominiums or Alpine Ranch Chalets. |
